Fjord Naval architects

Fjord Naval Architects is a Naval Architecture company, working with small craft design based in Oslo, Norway, run and owned by Justin Caird-Daley.

He is a Brit who has been living and working in Norway since 2001. He studied in Glasgow, Scotland and he originally came across the North Sea to work in a completely different industry, offshore oil and gas, with a plan to stay for a year or two.

But he fell in love with this quirky country on top of the world – not least thanks to the fjords and the boating traditions. So he stayed and settled, and decided to return to his passion -  naval architecture
